Already decided to climb?
Then, get ready and review these instructions to be able to successfully complete your adventure.
If you do not want to complicate your life with the reservation, you can hire one of the packages offered by all-inclusive hotels or a tour operator.
Before continuing, you should know that the park administration has ceded the exploitation of pre-existing facilities at the Refugio Base Crestones, which are called non-essential services, such as luggage transport, lodging, food and mountain equipment rental. These services were ceded to the Eternal Waters Consortium, therefore, to enter the park, you must pay the admission fee to the park, and any other non-essential services you need, to the Consortium. If you don’t need them, you don’t pay for them.
Reserving a stay in the park is not an easy task. Entering this national park is in high demand both by the various hotels and tour operators, as well as by individuals (groups of friends, co-workers and solo hikers) who have decided to come on their own.
All the hotels and tour operators that offer packages for the entrance to the park are completely legal , since they can also reserve campsites by using their legal identification card.
You can consult the official document Resolution of Reservations:RESOLUTION Nº ACLA-P-D-193-2014 which will make the process clear to you.
